Position Summary

The Project Director with lead the design, execution and ramp up of large-scale plant & capital expansion projects.

Ownership

• Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.
• The position has Food Safety Responsibilities.
• Effectively mitigate predictable project risk, manage ongoing project challenges and realized risks.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manage the internal Milo’s team and external contractors/ suppliers/ vendors in a cohesive way to ensure the most effective project delivery.
• Ensure the success of Milo’s plant capital initiatives by managing both the overall project team, work and tactical tasks across schedule, budget and quality/scope.
• Develop and maintain the detailed, overall project schedule inclusive of all internal/ external inputs required to complete the project.
• Regularly communicate the status of ongoing work and risks by developing/ maintaining/ presenting the overall project status to the broader Milo’s organization in an effective, accessible manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management;
• Food/beverage industry experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing expansion and construction.
• Project Management Professional Certification
