Our Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Department as an Entry-Level Business Process Support Associate. This role will primarily focus on managing and maintaining our System of Record, a critical component of our daily operations.

As a Business Process Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of the processes used within the System of Record (Cogent). You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced operations team and gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of our law firm.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations related to the System of Record Computer platform ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve issues, discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.

Conduct regular system audits to verify the integrity of the system.

Generate reports and provide information as requested by the operations team.

Assist in testing and implementation to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

BA/BS in a quantitative reasoning or critical thinking field such as Math, Engineering, or Technology

Required Qualities and Skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.

Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
