Business Process Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed-oriented Business Process Specialist to join one of our strategic partners. As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our organization's business processes. Your primary focus will be on HiTrust compliance, process automation, and procedure development and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement streamlined processes, and drive the adoption of best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in process management and a passion for technology and compliance. This is 1 year contract position and can be fully remote for the duration of the contract.

• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex business process challenges
• A relevant professional certification (e.g., HiTrust Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in leading process improvement projects is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in process analysis and mapping techniques, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
• Strong knowledge of HiTrust frameworks, standards, and requirements
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
• Experience in implementing process automation initiatives, using tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or workflow management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Business Process Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on HiTrust compliance, automation, and procedure development

Compensation Range: $35.00/hr to $50.00/hr
