Experience: Four (4) years of experience (in addition to education requirement).

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Assists with processing of terminations. Processing final paycheck and vacation payouts. Answers questions from managers or employees on the termination process.

Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

Intermediate Microsoft excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

·Accounting background/knowledge Advanced MS Excel Skills Customer Service Skills .

·Customer Service Skills Communication by Phone and/or Email

·High attention to detail/analyzation skills

0-2 years experience in provider relations and/or customer service

Experience in healthcare and/or medical billing a plus

Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce a plus

Planning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to anticipate, avert, or resolve issues in staffing, scheduling and task allocation

Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with an emphasis on rapport building

Prior experience working in a technology environment a plus
