Grubhub is looking for an Associate, Ops to join our Revenue Operations team.
The Impact You Will Make
- Participate in business stakeholder meetings to understand strategic initiatives and changing processes within other departments, and update reporting and assignment processes to increase visibility of impact and support departmental needs
- Utilize internal reporting and querying systems and tools (SQL, Tableau, Redash) to provide regular comprehensive updates supporting the cancellation workstream and impact across the business. Including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Assist with various ad hoc projects
- Compose and publish documentation on any new/existing standardized processes carried out by stakeholders involved in lower cancellations
- Use data to support and advocate for product enhancements and process changes in Sales, Fulfillment, Success teams to proactively prevent cancellations
- Manage the inbound questions and stakeholder management related to cancellation initiatives and help facilitate the communication strategy to stakeholders for any related updates
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the cancellation process and associated inputs, outputs, and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure we continually enhance the Grubhub experience - automation and process improvement are top priorities
- Generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), execute process mapping, and identify gaps to improve the cancellation process and current initiatives across fulfillment, success, and throughout the restaurant network organization
What You Bring To The Table
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in project management, process mapping, and SOP creation
- Passion to collaborate across the business with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact
- 1+ years of experience with SQL and Tableau
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, taking the initiative to creatively solve problems, and using data to drive change
- Excitement to learn and grow in the operations space
- 1+ years experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- 2+ years in Operations, Onboarding, or Customer Service environments with a proven track record of positive business impact and attention to detail. Restaurant experience a plus, but not required
