Banking Operations Officer Jobs in Iowa

You have 5+ years of experience and management in banking and payment processing from both a B2B and B2C lens

Work to organize projects and communications throughout the division

Build reports that support divisional initiatives

Analyze data and report findings to key stakeholders

Support and communicate compliance changes

Represent the division at quarterly meetings

Partner with Sales and Account Managers to craft and implement optimal payment flows that fully integrate with our broad client base.

Experience with payment processing and money movement across multiple payment rails.

2 - 4 years experience in payment operations or banking.

1 - 2 years experience collaborating with key stakeholders such as third-party vendors, banking/financial institutions, or internal partner teams.

Fantastic communication skills to operate globally across multiple departments and job sites.

Makes recommendation to Senior Management concerning termination of Branch Staff employees

Enrolls in and supports continuing education and industry classes for themselves and subordinates

Remain aware of the Bank's goals and objectives and makes appropriate recommendations from their observations

Works with Director of Retail Banking and/or Sales and Service Officer to improve the Banks market share

Communicate operational updates and Bank updates to their staff on a regular basis

Motivate staff to achieve sales goals for branches through daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
