Answers service calls and responds to customer questions to ensure customer gets the information they require.

Drafts daily proofs and reconciliations that are compliant with corporate accounting and control policies.

Processes payments, tickets and online entries and ensures that all information is accurate.

Researches routine customer, branch or bank inquiries and escalates issues as necessary.

Considers multiple resources and records when investigating customer inquiries.

Enters transactions into CRT/PC and balances general ledger accounts.

Capable of reporting to executive management groups and/or the Board of Directors as may be periodically required.

Quality focused and detailed-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of confidentiality regarding customers’ accounts and finances.

Represent client’s needs in conversations surrounding internal roadmaps, emerging services, technology investment, customer experience, business performance, and cost effectiveness.

Experience partnering with vendors and ensuring standards are met and maintained.

Manages all facets of the banks operations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and sound practices.

Must be able to work in a virtual team setting to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying position requirements.

Excellent operational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage complex work.

3+ years’ experience in client service or operations with brokerage/financial industry required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Intermediate technical skills, with the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously and efficiently, including Windows, internet research, database systems, and email.

Engaging interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Advanced level of knowledge regarding regulatory, audit and compliance policies regarding the securities industry is needed.

Experience in project management and leading company-wide initiatives

Significant experience developing process flows, procedures, and requirements to be utilized by both operations, the business, and engineering teams

Map out all back-office banking and investment operations processes, including integrating regulatory requirements, customer communications, and necessary customer-level information

Draft written process flows for operations processes and requirements for each back-office process

Subject Matter Expertise level knowledge of deposit, credit, investment, and back-office processes, including the development and implementation of new processes

Prior experience in back-office for both banking and investment companies

Business Management, Finance, or Accounting experience

Acts as the primary backup for the Banking Lead to support the daily settlement and corporate credit card processes.

Ability to analyze decisions and processes influenced by banking.

Makes recommendation to Senior Management concerning termination of Branch Staff employees

Enrolls in and supports continuing education and industry classes for themselves and subordinates

Remain aware of the Bank's goals and objectives and makes appropriate recommendations from their observations

Works with Director of Retail Banking and/or Sales and Service Officer to improve the Banks market share

Communicate operational updates and Bank updates to their staff on a regular basis

Motivate staff to achieve sales goals for branches through daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

Extensive knowledge of the Fraud industry as it relates to Banking including knowledge of contact center management preferred.

Broad critical thinking and transformational skills that will achieve GSN and Risk Management visions.

Partner with Risk Management and other operations team in the network, to mitigate fraud losses and improve business profitability.

Effectively manage operational issues, concerns, negotiations, performance results and relationships

Minimum of five years’ experience leading large scale teams within the banking industry

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills crucial

Sell the bank's credit and non-credit products, trust, commercial real estate and treasury management.

Manage customer relations and new business development with a periodic review of existing loan commitments.

7 years of experience in commercial or private lending

7 years of experience financial sales
