About the Role:

This position is a central liaison to the division. The incumbent will be the focal point and project leader for initiatives within the division as well as those that have impact across the company.

  • Manage divisional projects
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • All employees are responsible for internal controls in the performance of their assigned duties. Internal control responsibilities are established in various policies, procedures, and documents, including the Code of Conduct.
  • Support and communicate compliance changes
  • Analyze data and report findings to key stakeholders
  • Work to organize projects and communications throughout the division
  • Provide back-up administrative support when needed
  • Represent the division at quarterly meetings
  • Build reports that support divisional initiatives


About You:


  • Ability to analyze data and present findings
  • Two years of experience in operations support
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $59,675 - $94,800, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
