Overview The Senior Analyst Customer Relations is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers, resolving customer inquiries, and providing customer feedback to the organization. The Senior Analyst Customer Relations is also responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as providing customer service training and support to other customer service personnel. Detailed Job Description The Senior Analyst Customer Relations is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers, resolving customer inquiries, and providing customer feedback to the organization.
