Customer Insights Sr Analyst (Remote)

Lowe’s Market Share Analytics team is hiring a Customer Insights Senior Analyst. This individual will identify and track relevant share data trends, analyze and share them with key stakeholders to drive business action.

This role might be for you if you’re interested in:

• Leading projects focused on analyzing market, category, brand, and customer market share to drive business decisions.
• Partnering with internal and vendor teams both domestically and internationally to evolve share reporting and answer complex business questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build expertise and serve as a subject matter expert in share analytics, knowing which analytical approach or source to use with limited guidance.
• Partner with suppliers to provide and evolve ongoing and ad hoc share data reporting based on business needs.
• Validate data integrity and quality of all inputs.
• Present out recommendations to a variety of leaders across the organization.
• Develop a thorough understanding of share data sources and expertise in leveraging share reporting tools.
• Proactively mine share data and highlight business opportunities through story telling.

Required Experience

• Proven ability to integrate multiple data points to bring powerful insights to the business
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of market research experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Experience

• Concentration in relevant area (Market Research, Statistics)
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Experience leveraging market share data in a retail or manufacturer environment
• Master’s Degree in a related field

Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $68,400.00 - $114,000.00 annually
