What you will be doing

The Sr. Manager Customer and Marketing Intelligence – Coordination and Communications Lead will be directly responsible for facilitating the production and distribution of curated insights and reporting assets throughout our enterprise for use across all functions of the organization. Directly reporting to the VP of Customer and Market Intelligence, this individual will orchestrate and coordinate the delivery of enterprise-level strategic insights and reporting. This role will support the learning and change management agenda, focused on packaging design, distribution, and communication planning. By partnering with our L&D teams and running a curriculum of learning series and webinars, this function will empower the organization through education, awareness, and application case studies.

This role requires skills in MS Office Tools with a strong attention to detail, creative application of data visualization techniques using MS PowerPoint and other design tools. This candidate must be able to manage multiple projects at once and have a passion for leading projects and marketing insight content for business consumption. This person will require strong communication, time management and project planning skills.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop push notifications and email content as new trends emerge – customized based on audiences.
  • Serve as the marketer of new capabilities and tools for internal adoption.
  • Create visual designs and templates for standardization and production of key trends, research, and bespoke analytic findings.
  • Program-manage enterprise deliverables across the team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Design templates for learning series in partnership with the cross-functional team
  • Develop learning agendas and best practice case studies in partnership with the business (insights to action)
  • Coordinate quality assurance and insight content development across multiple insight and data functions within the Customer and Market Intelligence Team

Project Management

  • Supports team deliverables aligned internal business planning timelines gathering and coordinating requirements.
  • Collaborates with leadership on internal distribution and launch plans for new tools and insights.
  • Manages data gaps and dependencies with cross functional teams outside of the Customer and Market Intelligence.
  • Tracks timelines and key dependencies to meet timelines.

Communication and Administrative support

  • Attends Marketing, Merchandising and division planning meetings as necessary.
  • Manages access requests and training logistics for data and insight tools
  • Coordinates with communication and product launch teams to support new tools and capabilities generated from the team
  • Is a team player, always ready to jump in and help where extra hands are needed.
  • Helps prepare presentations and other communications to share insights across corporate functions
  • Helps support the Knowledge Hub portal for access to insights at the Enterprise level.
  • Proactively identifies obstacles and ensures appropriate solutions are implemented or escalates as appropriate.

The salary range is $ 102,700 to $143,800 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet all deadlines and expectations.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work well with change, uncertainty and various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identify business improvement areas and greater efficiencies.
  • Strong creative eye with a foundational understanding of PPT design best practices, agency and creative experience helpful
  • Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Highly organized with demonstrated planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to proof content.
  • Strong computer skills very well versed in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and Excel specifically)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly and professional communicate to a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Friendly with a can-do attitude, with the ability to maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the company and business community.
  • Customer service focus and passion.
  • 1-5 years of business administrative, marketing and communication experience, in retail or syndicated data providers and insights functions a plus
