Implementation Manager: 100% remote, Revenue Cycle Management

● 5+ years of software implementation experience and project management in a customer facing role

1-3 Supervisory experience preferred or 2 years of progressive leadership and responsibility

3-4 years in Healthcare Industry experience preferred

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.

Experience with both waterfall and agile approaches to project management

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Manages standard and advanced projects with a focus on exceeding SLAs

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with proven success managing external client relationships.

4+ years’ experience in healthcare operations and/or implementation

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Conduct new hire onboarding, training, mentoring

Acts as a SME for an assigned pillar partner responsible for driving process improvement within the pillar both internally and externally.

Completes file testing for specific file types and owns communication for all file testing throughout the course of the implementation.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS company.

Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment. Nothing slips through the cracks.

2+ years experience in a customer-facing position within the HCM space (HR, Payroll, Benefits, ETC).

Serve as the Rippling expert for your customers throughout their implementation experience.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Experience, R&D, Compliance, and Sales to improve our process and launch new features.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration with an emphasis in management information systems or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Church operations experience or database management experience preferred.

Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.

Works with support team and head of product to make small product changes that will enhance the user experience.

Relational database experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

5+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization. SaaS experience a benefit.

Mitigate and retain at-risk customers using user data and relationship management.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.

Build and manage customer relationships post-sales; onboarding, implementation, and renewals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to advocate for customer's product and technical needs.

Previous Project Management experience strongly preferred.

Provide reporting to management (SFDC, PowerBI) on internal operations and insights to increase efficiencies and expedite problem solving

Completes all necessary project management documentation, work plans and communications.

Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations, from frontline staff to C-suite stakeholders.

5 years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.

A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles.

Demonstrated strength in issue management and customer relationship skills

Minimum five years of experience in project management and software implementations

Experience with compliance, risk management or due diligence

Consulting experience preferred, supply chain management industry and/or supply chain software experience is a plus

Ad-hoc and other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion

Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
