Implementation Manager: 100% remote, Revenue Cycle Management

Our rapid growth pre-series A client is working to decrease healthcare administration costs and improve broken patient billing and payment processes. Their AI platform connects fragmented health IT systems and workflows to create an efficient and intelligent consumer payment experience that makes managing medical expenses easy for everyone.

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join the customer facing team who will ensure the success of concurrent implementation efforts by coordinating activities, information, and dependencies between product, engineering, implementation, and customer teams.

In this role, you will:

● Lead the onboarding process for new customers, from signed contract to implementation

● Develop and execute implementation project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

● Coordinate the implementation team and work closely with Account Leadership and Customer Success.

● Document, track, and report on all implementation tasks and milestones

● Continuously analyze and improve our implementation processes to maximize efficiency and scalability

● Develop an extensive working knowledge of the customer platform

● Develop a strong understanding of customer processes and workflows

● Provide timely assistance to customers with technical issues

Ideal Candidate:

● 5+ years of software implementation experience and project management in a customer facing role

● Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience

● Relationship-building skills to influence internal and external stakeholders to enable timely, scalable delivery

● Process and workflow mindset to streamline implementation

● Strong analytical skills, business acumen, presentation skills, and technical aptitude

● Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and quickly adapt to meet the needs of customers

● Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and team members

● Comfortable working in a matrixed team environment, quickly and thoughtfully prioritizing work for multiple projects

Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000.
