Job Title: Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager acts as a liaison between new clients and internal departments including the Product, Tech-Enabled, Client Success, and Account Management teams. The Implementation Manager is held accountable for the successful transition of new accounts through the implementation process. This position effectively establishes, maintains, builds, and manages client relationships at all levels to ensure our Exiger Tech offerings, are successfully helping clients identify and manage risks. Additionally, this position is responsible for driving results with clients, with the goal of increasing their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate must have excellent account management skills and be client-focused with the understanding that the client's best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Train customer contacts on features and functionality of Tech products such as Insight 3PM, DDIQ, Supply Chain Explorer, Supply Dynamics, and others
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on implementation status both internally and with appropriate client contacts
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Exiger’s core products, services, and strategic services
  • Engage in and support new initiatives focused on driving best practice in the functional space
  • Drive internal, process-focused initiatives ensuring consistent standards are adopted across the practice
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Prepare and lead workshops. Take clients through all aspects of implementation such as planning, customer setup policies and rules, system configuration (non-technical), client roles and credentials
  • Ad-hoc and other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion
  • Serves as client advocate within Tech products to identify and resolve or escalate product/service issues detracting from an optimal client implementation experience, as needed
  • Manage client re-implementations and terminations, as required
  • Serve as key point of contact and trusted adviser for clients throughout the implementation
  • Act as liaison across and between the client and Exiger stakeholders to resolve implementation issues as necessary to meet client's needs and go-live timeline requirements
  • Effectively transition the client in a timely manner to the assigned client services team
Product Responsibilities
  • Approximately 20% of the position’s utilization will be dedicated to assisting the Exiger product team with product related activities such as writing JIRA tickets, writing and creating product specifications, business requirements and creating product mock-ups.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Ability to perform data auditing and validation
  • Knowledge of third-party due diligence, public records, third party reference data sources/providers and sanctions screening processes
  • Demonstrated strength in issue management and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in customer/vendor risk assessment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze, manipulate large data sets (i.e. Excel, Access, SQL or VBA)
  • Strong account management
Professional Experience Required
  • Experience interfacing with a company's sales organization
  • Minimum three years of experience working with databases/ systems/ technology platforms
  • Minimum five years of experience in project management and software implementations
  • Experience with compliance, risk management or due diligence
  • Consulting experience preferred, supply chain management industry and/or supply chain software experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
