Position Overview

The Manager, Implementation at Zelis will serve as the lead client-facing resource for implementation projects and coordinating internal teams. This leader will have the opportunity to enhance operational procedures, business processes and management reporting. They will provide leadership throughout the full life-cycle of new client implementations, providing development, coaching, and training, while supporting their team to achieve established goals and department objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, implement changes
• Initial triage of BAU processing issues, ensuring daily end-to-end processing
• Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and conflicts, remove barriers, provide strategic solutions, involve stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Collaborates with team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
• Facilitate receipt and processing of implementation testing
• Supports team members, reinforcing technical and operational infrastructure while ensuring consistency and quality standards are met
• Serve as primary point of contact when there are client issues related to daily production or implementations

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Experience working within the Healthcare industry
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• People leadership experience, including coaching conversations
• Knowledge of File Transfer Protocol
