The ideal candidate will LOVE the following:

-3+ year running teams or organizations

Compensation: $100-120K + Variable Bonus (target of 50%)

Provide accurate and accountable work estimates and manage project budgets.

Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design

Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)

Participate in strategic and tactical meetings to identify and understand the client’s needs, goals and challenges.

Work closely with creative team to brainstorm and present ideas that communicate complex medical concepts in a visually engaging manner.

Lead the development of innovative and effective visual concepts, ensuring alignment with industry regulations, brand guidelines and client objectives.

Previous experience leading a successful project management team

Mentor and develop project management staff

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related

Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule

15+ years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally Design/Build

Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology

Supervise project management team daily operations

Develop and implement project management operating procedures and policies in collaboration with other discipline leads

Fulfill the requirements a project manager, ensuring overall project success for all stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams; skilled at dealing with complex issues and maintaining effective working relationships.

Development and coaching of direct reports to continuously improve the skill of the department

Working Knowledge of Relevant Industry Codes, Norms, and Design Practices
