Director of Agency Operations

This role will be a manager of managers, have several direct reports and will join our (currently) 3 person leadership team.You will partner with our COO to run our core business operations, define and measure processes and help managers hire, develop and grow their teams.

Our operations team is currently composed of 5 managers/team leads and 2 direct reports for a total team of over 25 people.You will be owning the function and systems of these teams while we triple the size of the business. Our COO will be shifting focus to product development and refinement over the course 2023 and you will be working hand-in-hand with him to raise the level of performance and efficiency of our systems.

This is an ideal role for a candidate who wants to make a large impact on a small company while it goes through its most critical stage of scaling from $5->$50mm/year in revenue and we want a KILLER to join our team and leadership group.

The ideal candidate will LOVE the following:

-Fast Paced Environment - we are trying to 3x in size again in 2024, through process optimization, new product development and up-leveling our teams. Something new happens every day.

-Dealing with Ambiguity - When systems change fast, the reality on the ground is not always clear. Quickly identifying relevant facts, making fast decisions and testing assumptions to provide clarity is critical for this role.

-Designing and Developing New Processes - as a technology enabled service business, we live and die by our processes. We have extensive documentation and work flows - but these need continuous improvements and refinement.

Compensation: $100-120K + Variable Bonus (target of 50%)
