Recruit and support participating agencies—in collaboration with selected mentor agencies—in their engagement with mentor agency pilots

Co-design / develop relevant pilot materials, as needed, to support their successful execution (e.g., slide decks, worksheets, conversation guides)

·4+ years of project management experience

·3+ years’ experience using Project Management Software (Workfront preferred)

Provides project management thought-leadership, oversight and support on all project deliverables.

Establishes a strategy of continuous risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout a projects execution

·Understanding of the digital creative process and how to balance with project management and workflow

·Leads and manages large integrated projects throughout all stages of digital creative deliverable execution, from conception to delivery

Minimum 10 years of Project Engineering/Project Management experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or refining plants

Demonstrated skill/knowledge in the following areas:

Manages and supports the multiple million dollar capital projects.

Ability to support multiple sites project requirements and direct contractors and engineering services while off-site.

Experience in any of the following areas: Cryogenic Industry, Pharma, Clean Room, processing and/or dispensing equipment and facilities.

Technical knowledge of hydrogen handling, storage systems, products and technologies, and environmental impact

Four or more years of agency (or relevant) project-management experience

Experience managing digital tactics (web, email, banner, CRM email campaigns)

Manages effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts

Work with internal team to define program requirements and system specifications. Work with client on as-needed basis

Proven experience managing digital projects with teams of 10+ people

Ability to manage multiple projects totaling $1MM - $1.5MM in revenue annually

Expert in time-management and prioritization of responsibilities

Deep knowledge of digital tracking & measurement (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager)

Comprehensive digital campaign management with a proven track record
