Manage all credit claims and issues to resolution.

Manage, track and resolve all customer compliance issues regarding freight claims, chargebacks, shipping violations, RTV and DFA

Agile and confident communication skills with internal and external business partners.

Experience working across a wide range of business partners on projects.

Merchandising and planning skills, and the ability to create merchandise plans based on sell through targets.

Help develop and implement a professional account management strategy

5+ years of experience in Agricultural Sales

Experience in Swine production or a related field is a plus

Sound business acumen, with solid professional selling skills

Strong communicator, with outstanding "positive" influencing skills

A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytics, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience in Account Management or related function (forecasting and planning, category management, promotional planning, buying, etc.)

Direct interaction with buying, planning, advertising, merchandising and finance teams at the accounts

Manage monthly forecast and pledge review process to ensure in-line with open to build thresholds.

Oversee & manage budgets covering market development, trade and over & above funding.

Attend toy shows & previews and be knowledgeable of brands and product lines
