Role and Responsibilities


QC Supply is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all swine account management and product sales for their territory, along with developing and executing key account strategies, earn and develop relationships. Primary duties include driving sales and profit, developing and implementing a professional account management strategy, building customer loyalty, and effectively communicate sales matter to leadership. This position is also responsible for account and territory-specific goals, growth in respective accounts, and pull-through sales for large turnkey construction projects.


The candidate will primarily be calling on customers in Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas.


  • Effectively communicate and present Sales matters to the leadership team
  • Partner with clients to drive usage of systems and tools at key accounts; e.g., QC Pro Portal to provide effective sales of products and ease of use by the customer
  • Help develop and implement a professional account management strategy
  • Develop account and territory-specific goals using key metric indicators
  • Drive pull-through sales for large turnkey construction projects
  • Drive sales and build solid, lasting relationships with some the largest US Swine production companies
  • Drive top line growth in respective accounts


Qualifications And Education Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytics, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound business acumen, with solid professional selling skills
  • Experience in Swine production or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communicator, with outstanding "positive" influencing skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Agricultural Sales
  • Strong track record of proven success in business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other work-related software
  • Ability to think strategically and execute a complex sales model
