Meet the team:
We have a new opportunity for a Sales Effectiveness workstream Manager to provide workstream project support to all global markets (US, EMEA, APAC, Canada).
You will provide workstream management for Global Sales Effectiveness initiatives to ensure a complete and on-time execution of key projects in collaboration with stakeholders in each market. In addition to supporting the assigned workstreams, you will be representing Sales Operations and cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Training, and others) along with their initiatives to market specific and global leadership teams.
Responsibilities include charter development, strategy setting, and implementation of workstreams across multiple markets to enable knowledge exchange projects from concept development through to external communications and continued development in a continuous improvement environment.
You will play a critical role in setting the goals and priorities of these cross functional workstreams, as well as the broader Global Sales Effectiveness team and Executive Leadership team. Additionally, you will partner with the Sales Effectiveness team in the identification of strategic points of intersection across markets and efforts to build alignment globally.
Where You Come In:
- Host regular team and individual meetings within workstreams.
- Highlight risks and opportunities to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
- Partner with Global Sales Effectiveness teams globally along with other senior leaders in the implementation and progression of sales effectiveness roadmaps and the subsequent prioritizations of specific initiatives.
- Maintain consistent and thorough communication, progress updates, and urgency in order for workstreams to meet required timepoints as designated.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and their leadership to understand their roles and capacities for these workstreams.
- Build, maintain, and execute workstream plans and timelines.
What Makes You Successful:
- Proven professional experience in a dispersed matrix team environment
- Showing consistency between words and actions and delivering on promises to other
- Able to work flexible hours to manage workstreams that include contributors from many time zones
- Strong skills and aligned experience with PM tools such as SmartSheet, MS Excel, MS Projects, and others.
- Outstanding track record in workstream or project management
- Excellent communication skills to balance the needs of key stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Considering how others may respond to situations and planning the approach in order to achieve the best outcomes
- Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification preferred
- Encouraging and actively removing barriers to enable creativity and innovation
Core Skills:
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Excellent analytical skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Exempt Salary Details:
The annual base salary range for this role is $95,900 to $159,900. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Experience and Education
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
