Wholesale Account Coordinator

Provides operational support for one or more Key Wholesale account(s). This position acts as primary communication & operations liaison between Customer, Sales, Planning, Distribution Center & Transportation, working with the Senior Manager of Customer Care to achieve sales goals & maximize account profitability for assigned account(s). The Coordinator provides effective customer service support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping. They will be the primary Wholesale Operations team liaison & support initiatives as needed with their accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks in timely manner by working with appropriate departments
  • Manage operational relationship between tarte & wholesale account(s)
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates regarding order status to Sales, Customer and Management
  • Manage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to fulfillment (OTS, EDI, order entry & booking, etc). Create, maintain and generate seasonal allocation promotions, coordinating with Sales and Marketing as needed.
  • Analyze business needs and strategize cross functionally with supply chain leaders and channel planning partners
  • Provide product information and availability on customer by customer basis
  • Ensure account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills. Trouble shoot orders are appropriate


Requirements:

  • ERP system experience preferably Navision
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Min. 1-3 years Customer Service/Supply Chain experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make determinations to proactively identify business opportunities
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel skills required
