  • Hourly Rate: $35.33 to $47.23 Hourly
  • Position: Water Treatment Plant Operator II/III - Limited Term
  • Recruitment Closing Date: This is a continuous recruitment until filled.
  • Position Summary: The City of Yuba City is currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Plant Operator II/III - Limited Term. Under general supervision, a Water Treatment Plant Operator performs the daily operation of the Water Treatment Facility, routine preventative maintenance, operating adjustments, cleaning and minor corrective maintenance on plant equipment, as well as other related work. The limited term position ends March 14, 2025. Should any of the current operations staff retire or leave City employment during the limited term period, the limited term position may be appointed to the regular full time Water Treatment Plant Operator II/III position.
