The Opportunity

We are a fast growing Texas Manufacturer’s Rep. firm that represents commercial HVAC products. Along with our core business we have a Service and Warranty Operations division and a Parts Distribution division. We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our warehouse team.

• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ordering parts/equipment
• Supporting existing warehouse staff in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Warehouse organization
• Cleaning, testing, and preparing equipment
• Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office 2007 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Assists with Parts Sales functions, Warranty Administration, Loading/Unloading parts, supplies, and equipment
• Warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
• Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory
• Forklift operations (up to 12' on racking)
• Vocational School or prior experience in HVAC or similar industry a plus

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to

write correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information to customers and other

employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,

or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized

situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Environmental Requirements

Will be required to work in an office, warehouse or field environment.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate

computer keyboard reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
