Key Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication on product strategy/roadmap priorities and statuses cross functionally while delivering solutions that work for the business and creators
• Oversee and implement strong metrics around product launches and continuously iterate to improve product features
• Work cross functionally with Executives, Business Development, Engineering, Data and Operations to strategize and execute product experiences
• Define and own product vision by driving and overseeing product strategy, design and operations to achieve the vision of Pearpop
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers by cultivating an inclusive and supportive team culture that exemplifies strong collaboration and execution across the organization

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven track record of successfully building and managing a team of Product Managers and Designers
• Great communication skills to be able to articulate and drive product vision, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable using data and reasoning based on human-focused design to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives
• Creative, inquisitive and persistent approach to product as you develop value and deliver results in a fast paced environment
• Passion for using technology to solve problems and create solutions that customers love while growing and strengthening the business
• Interest, and enthusiasm for social media and internet culture
• 8+ years of experience in product strategy preferably in the content creation, consumption or marketplace space
• Product management or product development leadership role experience
• Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry
