- Previous experience within a multi facility environment preferred.
- Experience in coordinating activities across a range of entities.

- At least 5-8 years of clinical and quality improvement experience.
- Certification as a quality professional (CPHQ) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management, clinical and IT&S staff.
- Experience with, and knowledge of, hospital regulatory standards and related activities.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration Clinical licensure, preferably RN
- Master’s degree preferred, such as MHA, MBA, or MSN.
- Ability to facilitate group and team process improvement.
