The Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing (Demand Generation) to join our growing team. The VP, Marketing will manage our marketing strategies and small but mighty B2B marketing team to drive revenue growth, enterprise value, and our reputation. The VP, Marketing will design, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies that align with the business goals in partnership with the sales team, concentrating on demand generation, digital marketing, and pipeline growth. The VP, Marketing will also provide strategic leadership to the management team, serving as a key member of the team and will report to the Chief Customer Officer.


You will:

  • Identify and streamline demand gen vision and spearhead all functions to carry out innovative marketing strategies to exceed growth goals
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Success teams to build the sales pipeline, source qualified leads, increase customer loyalty and grow existing accounts
  • Work with RevOps to track marketing campaign performance and evaluate success through data analytics
  • Understand the overall vision, goals, and priorities of the business and translate them into a data-driven integrated marketing strategy to drive pipeline and ultimately, revenue
  • Monitor the market and competitor activities to retain competitive marketing edge, with careful attention to analytics, trends and forecasting
  • Develop a PPC media strategy to drive B2B growth and build our sales pipeline
  • Provide detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth
  • Build and lead a marketing team concentrating in demand generation, community, events, product marketing, content, and enablement strategies to ensure goal, priority, resource, messaging, and KPI alignment

You are:

  • Strategic, innovative and creative, matched with demonstrated business acumen
  • Knowledgeable about the Residential Property Management/Prop Tech industry
  • A proven leader in the B2B marketing space with a proven track record in building and scaling successful, ROI-positive, growth-oriented demand generation programs
  • A dynamic communicator with strong project management skills and a track record of success in a management role
  • Highly analytical; you use data to make actionable recommendations and to translate business objectives into marketing goals and measurements
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • An experienced marketing executive with deep experience in the B2B and demand gen space
  • Able to drive meaningful revenue through new and existing marketing channels
  • Well-versed in marketing to SMB and Mid-market client profiles
