VP OF INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SALES (Lighting)

Location Northville, USA

YOUR TASKS


Within the Automotive Sales area of our business groups Lightning, you will be responsible for acquiring new orders, building long time relationships and customer strategies, securing existing business profitability.

  • People development and commercial technical abilities
  • Growth Business with different clients by our newest development technologies of all our Product Centers to increase the global diversity
  • Expectations on more aggressive inflation management and claims to recover business losses through higher material prices & other inflationary effects
  • Main report to the managing director/ president of the company
  • Total turnover of new projects, commercial opportunities, SEK reimbursement will be one of the mains goals in this position
  • Customer development
  • Change / adjustment of Customer portfolio (European & Asian) allows the region (GL) to source business.
  • Enable to build intimacy with Customers through Business experience out of Europe and Asian

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Willingness to travel internationally to carry out global projects as well as business-fluent English skills
  • Several years of sales experience with strong negotiation skills in the automotive industry
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team orientation, assertiveness, and implementation skills
  • A high level of technical and commercial competence, experience in selling complex electronic & lighting products to international OEMs
  • Completed technical studies (electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering) or a comparable commercial background
  • Proven track record on successful claim negotiations and business acquisitions with internal customer portfolio.
  • Leadership experience in an international context
