Finance Director
Our client, located in Novi, MI, is looking for a Head of Finance to join their team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience, is strong analytically and is ready to dive right in.
The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Supervise the proper management of customer accounts by the relevant Sales Centers, including credit management and accounts receivables
• Assurance of transparent, comprehensive financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products with the order processing team, emphasizing customer-centric procedures
• Coordinate all aspects of the annual and mid-term planning cycles, reporting and review processes
• Lead the Accounting, Controlling, Order Processing, Inventory management and Procurement responsibilities
• Strategic direction and oversight of revenue cycle work, processes and outcomes
• Responsible for complete financial management, including tax, financial risk management and compliance to group policies
• As a business partner, analyze financial data, KPI’s, identify weak points and give recommendations to the local Management Team

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:

• 10+ years' work experience in progressively expanding Finance and Accounting roles, including relevant experience leading a Finance team
• Strong proficiency in SAP
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field required
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team using sound decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of cash flow management, data analysis and forecasting models
