As the VP of Enterprise Architecture for Digital IT, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the Enterprise architecture function within the Honeywell Digital IT department. You will lead a team of enterprise architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve and implement the technology architecture vision, roadmap, standards and governance to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and external partners to ensure that the architecture aligns with the overall business and technology strategy.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of digital IT solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall architecture vision and standards
• Evolve and implement the digital technology architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives
• Lead the EA governance board to ensure adherence to Honeywell’s standard Global Design Model.
• Define and maintain the technology architecture principles, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across digital IT systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, security, and data management, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of digital IT systems
• Lead a team of enterprise architects and provide guidance and mentorship to develop their technical skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technology architecture solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the digital IT architecture landscape

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 15 years IT experience
• Experience as an enterprise architect or technology leader with a focus on IT Architecture
• Experience architecting and implementing ERP’s and integrated ISC
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

WE VALUE

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including ERP (SAP) CPQ, CRM, e-Commerce, cloud computing, mobile applications, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and internet of things (IoT)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of architects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
• Experience in defining and implementing technology architecture strategies and roadmaps in large organizations
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to enterprise architecture
• Master's degree
• Optional Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, SAP, SFDC, CPQ are a plus
