Position Summary:

We are seeking an IT Manager responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services while finding technological solutions to meet business needs. This position will assist with the daily support of the business ERP system, data storage and data system management across all departments and proactively support all departments with usage of IT hardware and software. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in identifying problems and providing solutions.

Position Description:

• Full Time in office non remote position
• Take the lead and responsibility on researching connectivity issues between various legacy programs and provide solutions to Management.
• Additional qualifications
• Knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and computer programming. Ability to take responsibility and accountability for own activities.
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software as they go through the various light cycles.
• Candidate must be self-directed and can work independently while actively engaging in team initiatives and processes. Must have strong analytical and organizational and communication skills and exhibit excellent follow through on tasks.
• Regularly reviews applications, verifies user access by department to ensure functionality within the established environment.
• Three to five years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Developing technical documentation to guide future users of the program is currently being used in for a future software development projects.
• Collaborating with Comptroller, Human Resources, and department Managers, to identify end-user requirements and specifications for multiple legacy systems that are currently deployed.
• Possesses ability to multi-task and prioritize issues appropriately. Aids in the evaluation of alternative approaches and may help in presenting recommendations to management. Evidence of strong communication and organizational skills.
• Provides IT support for various applications, including resolving highly complex issues, including improving overall access to multiple construction systems.
• Must have experience in supporting ERP systems, Microsoft Suite and email/server support.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a bachelor's degree in a related computer/ technology field is preferred.
• Qualifications
• Produces and maintains user documentation, such as systems requirements, and devises issuing and resource inventories.
• Conducts root-cause analysis of system problems, works with management to resolve issues. Documents resolution to include improving data security, backup, and redundancy.
• Testing and deploying programs and applications based on agreed project workflows to include end-user training.
• Interfaces routinely with all department heads and senior management to perform collaboration and provide all staff with system support.
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.
• Must be able to commit to and meet deadlines. Must communicate effectively (verbal and written) and be responsive to implement technological solutions.
• Designing companywide system improvements and being able to explain the projects with the use of analytics and flow charts to create better user experiences with current software programs and systems.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support.
