Summary:

• Next, there will be clarification of the request with the HRIS and IT teams and communication with the requestor to obtain additional information, as needed.
• The candidate will prepare, manage and facilitate multiple meetings with HRIS and IT and a Global Steering Committee to review, score, and prioritize the requests.
• The candidate will track the progress and results in Excel and/or PowerPoint.
• The cycle culminates in the quarterly preparation and co-facilitation to the HR Senior Leadership Team of updates and recommendations, together with key members of the HR Program Management Office, HRIS, and IT.
• As part of the HR Program Management Office (PMO), the candidate will program manage the global HR/IT Prioritization process.
• The process begins with collecting and recording incoming HRIS/IT requests into a central Excel database and communicating with stakeholders.
