It Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in solving a variety of hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third-party software companies to implement new technologies and leverage existing ones. This candidate should have previous experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection laws and industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's IT strategy.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the procurement, support and maintenance of IT systems.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations and service levels.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is not currently available.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience and the ability to drive and deliver complex IT projects.
• Analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve IT related issues.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• +10 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP or CISSP preferred.
