This role is hybrid located in Newton, MA.
Vice President, Client Engagement Marketing is responsible for developing and managing the marketing strategy and programs that drive client employee registration and participation in all Bright Horizons programs to meet targeted growth goals across the entire client portfolio. In this role, you will set the strategy for client liaison and employee engagement by building out a multi-channel calendar of marketing programs designed to build awareness, conversion and advocacy of Bright Horizons services. You will partner with Client Relations leadership to support client expansion and upgrades and to develop innovative programs that meet the evolving needs of clients and their employees. This will include customizations for enterprise clients to make them more effective and the garner best practices to share across the client portfolio. In addition, you will develop talent and manage teams focused on B2E Program Marketing plus Client Engagement teams across Center, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
What you will do:
- Partner with client relations leadership to align on all goals and objectives and to maximize the client relationship and revenue potential.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless, compelling and personalized customer experience across Bright Horizons channels, operating systems, and enterprise products like the personalized MyBH customer portal
- Leverage analytics to define, analyze and measure return on marketing investment and iterate to meet and exceed desired outcomes
- Responsible for developing an annual engagement framework and themes, driving campaign management, client marketing and client employee events
- Work closely with creative services, marketing services, operations, finance, and IT on key projects and initiatives
- Recruit, manage and mentor a world class marketing organization
- Develop innovative ways to drive employee engagement leveraging multi-channel tactics and partnering with the product teams to bring new products to life for end users
- Lead all marketing efforts related to client and employee engagement including setting the strategy and execution plans that drive registration and participation across Bright Horizons programs and directly support client retention and revenue growth
- Lead the process to implement all best practice that emerge across the client portfolio
Provides strategic leadership for organizational unit or department

What you bring:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience required.
15 years of experience in marketing and management required.
7 years of experience leading people required.
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience working with F1000 clients
- Major brand experience required.
- Influential oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, to tell great stories and bring people on the journey.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate effective results
- Experience working with all Salesforce Platforms and providing creative direction
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization and to effectively manage processes.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven success in traditional and innovative campaigns across the broad spectrum of today’s marketing channels.
- Travel up to 25%
- Results and deadline oriented; strong time management and prioritization skills.
