Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management, Project Management, eCommerce or SaaS, and Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive revenue and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment and warehouse management systems
• Manage content and product information using CMS tools, such as Contentful and Builder.io
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
• Utilize SaaS tools, such as Segment and Recharge, to drive growth and customer retention
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
• Develop and execute product growth strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress towards growth goals
• Implement A/B testing and other optimization tactics to improve product performance
• Manage eCommerce platforms, including Shopify and Klaviya

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization tactics
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, eCommerce, and Marketing
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fulfillment and warehouse management systems
• Experience with CMS tools, such as Contentful and Builder.io
• Experience with SaaS tools, such as Segment and Recharge
• Experience with Shopify and Klaviya
