VP & Global Practice Head - AI, ML & Data Analytics

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, DC Metro or NJ/NY

Responsibilities:

· As P&L leader, you will develop and execute AI & ML strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.

· Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.

People leadership - Lead, manage, and grow a multi-disciplinary set of high-performing teams of Data Scientists, Analysts, and Machine Learning Engineers.

· Build and scale solutions portfolio to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.

Define data and machine learning technology standards and oversee training, mentorship, and performance.

· Partner with AWS, Azure, and Snowflake leadership to align with their product roadmaps and develop GTM offerings and solutions

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, and partnerships) to identify and support opportunities that drive business growth

· Oversee the creation of proposals, presentations, statements of work, and other artifacts needed to acquire new business

· Drive AI & ML vision, strategy, and adoption internally across various departments.

· Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and events, showcasing AI Thought leadership and solutions portfolio

· Partner with Sales and Client Partners in supporting customer pursuits and GTM

· Project thought leadership and Develop best practices through a number of methods (e.g. Present at industry events, blog posts, whitepapers, prototypes, proof of concepts, demos, and workshops)

· Build and nurture relationships with client executives (C-Level, EVP/SVP, VP/Directors)

What You Need to Succeed / Required Skills

· 12+ years’ experience in AI, ML, Data Science, Analytics, NLP/NLU/NLG

· Domain experience in developing and implementing solutions in Financial, Technology, Manufacturing, or Consumer sectors

· BS, MS or Ph.D in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, or related technical field

· Advanced Certification in AWS, Azure, or Snowflake is preferred

· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their potential

· Exceptional communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, coaching, and problem solving

· Experienced, persuasive, and effective presenter, both written and verbal.

· Ability to travel up to 20%, on an average

· Experience leading high-performing, results-driven teams with a focus on client satisfaction.

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
