As the Vice President of Finance, you will be a key driver of financial excellence and strategic decision-making within the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead our finance team, oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, and provide valuable insights that support global operations. Your leadership, financial expertise, and ability to align financial strategies with business objectives will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to transform supply chain dynamics.

Day to day

• Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and advisors.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations.
• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, aligning with the broader business goals and growth objectives.
• Drive process improvements within the finance function, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess investment opportunities, evaluate risks, and recommend actionable strategies for maximizing financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a global organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and utilizing financial software and systems.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to align financial initiatives with broader business goals.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Resilience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and reporting, with a track record of delivering strategic financial insights.
• Experience within the manufacturing, technology, or supply chain industries is highly desirable.
