Job Description

Position: VP Analytics & RWE

About QuantHealth:

QuantHealth is an AI startup supporting drug development and clinical trials. Our ground-breaking clinical trial simulator can run thousands of trials in parallel to de-risk and optimize upcoming clinical trials and improve the probability of success. Our solution drastically reduces drug development costs, shortens development timelines, and helps quantify clinical opportunities for assets in the pipeline. We are venture backed, based in Israel, and have customers in Europe and the US, and are now expanding our commercial and business operations teams in the US and Israel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior analytics leader with experience in life-science and drug R&D looking to shape the journey of transformational and fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate will have significant experience designing and commercializing data-driven solutions in big pharma and is looking for an opportunity for ownership and driving growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support sales in identifying commercial opportunities, pitching to customers, and building proposals and sales collateral.
  2. Help marketing efforts across the organization to translate customer value and technical/analytic concepts into compelling storylines and narratives.
  3. Work with executive leadership to drive strategy and innovation by incorporating subject matter expertise and customer feedback.
  4. Support product and data science teams in designing customer-centric and need-driven solutions.

This role may evolve over time and specialize in directions where the candidate’s strengths optimally align with the company’s needs.

Requirements

  1. MPH/MsC or Ph.D. in Epidemiology or related field in healthcare.
  2. 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, or customer success.
  3. Experience in RWD/HEOR clinical analytics is a must. Experience in AI, Drug discovery, pre-clinical/QsP, and/or commercial analytics is a plus.
  4. Clinical expertise in one or more areas including oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, neurology, infectious disease, etc.
  5. Strong analytic aptitude and ability to convey complex technical subjects to scientists.
