Solar Fp&A/Financial Analyst

Vallum Associates is working in collaboration with a publicly traded NJ Based C&I/Community scale Solar Developer in their search for a Financial Analyst to provide core financial support for their rapidly growing renewables business. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter who can build and run a model on their own.

This role is a Hybrid (2-3 Days in the office) position in their NJ Based office. The expected salary $110-120k plus 10-25% bonus.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 3+ years' of experience as a financial analyst preparing and presenting financial models for C&I/Community Scale solar developer
• Able to build financial models to support business decisions and presentation of analytical findings in a clear and concise manner
• Prepare and maintain budgets & forecasts on an annual and quarterly basis.
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy Credit (REC) market and Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS) is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related academic field
• Contribute to proposals and presentations, assist in the evaluation of potential M&A, and conduct research into renewable energy incentive programs, rules, regulations, and trends in order to pursue new opportunities.
