VP of Product Management - Machine Learning

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid onsite/offsite)

As a Vice President of Product Management, you’ll manage three Product teams (8 Product Managers direct and 50+ indirect). You will work closely with ML/AI Engineers to build various classification systems which will analyze images, videos, texts, voice, and audio features. We combine advanced Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, NLP, AutoML, and CNN approaches to provide leading global brands with the most accurate and safe results in any digital environment.

Summary:

• Have a proven track record of drawing insights from data and translating those insights into tangible business outcomes.
• Ability to implement new technologies with cutting-edge machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
• Recruit, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
• You will be accountable for the professional development and growth of firmwide product operations.
• Responsible for leading and managing multiple Product teams developing new products around image, video, and content classification. Enhancing current AutoML, ML/AI classification solutions to improve their product offering.
• Demonstrate leadership on the entire product portfolio and how it fits into their overall product strategy.
• Work closely with various data sources to streamline data for predictive, personalization, classification, and algorithm development.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers. MUST have managed at least 2-3 Product Managers.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Leadership, Management, and Stakeholder experience is required.
• Experience with technology and platform migrations.
• Ability to work with engineering, ontology and business teams.
• 5+ years in product management ideally with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters's degree required.
