Job Description

Looking for a VP of Operations/COO in Charlotte. This position will oversee all operations for a 20k unit portfolio of Class A, owner managed assets throughout the Southeast.


Our client is a stable and GROWING multifamily owner and developer with a great reputation in the industry!


We are looking for candidates who can bring the following:

- Build a culture and an image

- Bring new & innovative ideas

- Build infrastructure

- Roll up sleeves & do the work

- Can hit the ground running!


Requirements:

  • Experience overseeing at least 12k units
  • Minimum of 3 years in a VP (or similar) role
  • Strong background with Conventional Class A assets
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast
