About the Position

This position requires the analysis of broad and complex issues and the formulation and execution of strategies to ensure that customer deadlines and priorities are met cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate support to operations throughout the business. Accurately and efficiently organize these activities and operations to support business strategy and align with clients or customers needs.
• Maintains and directs daily operations, including coordinating with clients, consulting service implementation, and the administrative team.
• Oversee daily operations, including activities related to the business’s departments.
• Responsible for meeting financial targets (key measurements and benchmarks that include Operating Income, Revenue, Margins, Growth, etc.).
• Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
• Develop and adjust KPIs and metrics to measure operations and adjust strategy, as necessary.
