Regional Vice President Of Operations (Rvp)

Due to growth, we are seeking aRegional Vice President of Operations (RVP)to join our healthcare management team which provides support for a host of networked dental offices located throughoutSoutheast Michigan. Smile Partners USA is a private equity-backed management services organization (MSO) that supports a host of high-end private dental offices throughout the eastern United States. This exciting opportunity will work closely with the COO and CEO in a fast-paced work environment. The RVP, acting as the region's “CEO,” is responsible for a territory consisting of 30+ high-growth practices with the exception of doubling that number over the next 24 months.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

• The primary job function of the RVP is to lead and assume overall responsibility for the success of his/her offices by executing a plan of coaching, developing and motivating their teams to achieve excellence.
• In addition, the RVP role is to serve as a liaison between the central support team and his/her assigned offices, and that communication, respect and follow-up is second to none!
• As a RVP, the ideal candidate will "live and breathe" our values, vision and mission, ensuring our culture is being lived everyday in both existing and future offices.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Ensure we are exceeding 95% of collections based on net production
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Lead a team of Area Managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues
• Monitor employee performance and provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of regional staff
• Set standards and objectives for each position within the assigned region
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure offices are profitable and stay within budget

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Sound understanding of optimization of office operations and standards for success
• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
• Bachelors degree or higher is required
• Working knowledge of Dentrix Enterprise software, is a plus, but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
• Proven experience as a multi-site operations manager with over 10+ years of relevant experience is a must
