The company is now looking to hire a Senior/Executive Director of Business Development to be an influential member of their team and drive their partnering strategy.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will develop the business development strategy of the organization; identifying opportunities for collaboration with large pharmaceutical companies by showcasing the platform's unrivaled capabilities. You will be part of a world-class team who are passionate about improving drug discovery and development using AI and computation.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Collect market and business information and develop insights into the competitive landscape
• Assist CEO on larger strategic transactions & collaborations
• Scouting, diligence, negotiation, and execution of deals

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a PhD and an undergraduate degree in Biology, Medicinal Chemistry or a related field. You should also have hands-on experience in early-stage drug discovery and development along with a strong deal sheet of in and out-licensing transactions.

You should be energetic and flexible, ready to learn on the fly and join a fast-paced start-up environment.
