This is a highly confidential role, no details on the company or industry can be disclosed until the interview process. An NDA will be required to interview. We are looking for an experienced VP who will oversee the global digital transformation within emerging foreign markets of this organization. This person will be managing a team of 100+ individuals and overseeing a multimillion-dollar budget.

As the VP of Product you will:

• Driving influence at the org to secure financial, technical, and programmatic support to fuel our transformational program.
• Responsible for our multi Million dollar business globally
• Developing and delivering an aspirational and transformative multi-year plan aligned to our corporate strategy of moving to higher value, leading with Cloud, Data, Security and Services
• Coordinating the various initiatives from design to execution, from global to regional and then countries

What You’ll Do :

• Lead global teams
• Collaborating with Next Gen organization global, regional and local to develop best in class value proposition and differentiated offers in Solutions aggregation and orchestration
• Build, and align strategic growth plans with emerging markets globally
• Collaborate to build and execute operational capabilities for Cloud
• Executive sponsor driver of skills and capabilities development across all regions

• 10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience.
• Associate Degree with Engineering or business field of study required.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• 15+ Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
• Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
• Bachelor's Degree with Engineering or business Field of Study preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Able to converse and write effectively in English and any other local language.
• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
• Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
