Vice President Finance Jobs

As such, they are looking to add another finance executive to support continual expansion in the business! Working with some of the most renowned client's, they are already a competitive name in the industry. Led by a passionate, global, and highly collaborative team!

They are seeking a Head of Finance to partner closely with the CFO, implementing strategies and policies to strengthen and develop the organisations financial position. Creating key models to assist the planning and forecasting for continued growth. This is a great opportunity to work closely with investor's and other stakeholders, working towards continued growth within the organisation. You will support the development of the finance function, implementing new processes and improving on existing where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior executives to implement financial strategies and policies.

- Build, maintain and improve models to plan, measure and forecast business performance.

- Drive budgeting and planning for the company, partnering across the organisation to offer strategic insight for operations.

- Track KPIs, compiling reports to feedback to business leaders and executives, driving business performance.

- Build and present monthly reporting packages for the CFO, executive team, and investors.

- Support in further fundraising, runway planning, cash allocation and any M&A.

Experience Needed:

- 5+ years' experience in finance

- Experience operating in a services organisation

- Strong analytical skills

- Great communication
