As the Vice President, Enterprise Sales of our less-than-truckload (LTL) division, you’ll bring in new accounts and grow with existing clients, generating over $150 million a year. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Engage with our largest blue-chip customers
- Target and land Fortune 100 type accounts that will enable the organization to significantly exceed our revenue and profit objectives
- Identify opportunities and gaps in XPO’s product offerings
- Spearhead the development of custom solutions for our growing and evolving LTL business
- Provide the Marketing and Executive teams with emerging marketplace trends and competitor offerings
- Partner with our customers on developing multiyear transportation and logistics plans
- Leverage our CRM to enable your success
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work/military experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow and sustain a portfolio of over $75 million per year
- 10 years of sales experience (preferably in the sales of transportation, distribution systems and/or sales management)
- Availability to travel 50-70% of the time
It’d be great if you also have:
- Experience conducting self as a professional representative of the company at all times, including protecting company confidentiality around current and future business strategies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including experience motivating fellow team members and working in a collaborative fashion with the highest integrity

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.
Colorado annual salary range: $147,363 to $184,545
New York annual salary range: $154,666 to $193,333
California annual salary range: $161,696 to $202,121
Washington State annual salary range: $154,666 to $193,333
Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role
