What we’re looking for

Toyota is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Vehicle Marketing Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support Toyota and Toyota dealers through development and updating marketing reports, facilitation of dealership facing marketing programs, maintaining department compliance and assisting dealers with new vehicle incentive payment inquiries and challenges.

Reporting to the Vehicle Marketing Manager, the person in this role will support the NY Regional Office’s objective to increase conversion of online to in-store guests and new vehicle sales.

What you’ll be doing

Address dealer inquiries regarding incentive reconciliation.

• Monitor departments adherence to Toyota and SOX policies and procedures.
• Work directly with TMNA/incentive administration group to address region and dealer inquiries.
• Assist with region marketing vehicles delivery and organization.
• Assist with monthly incentive budget reconciliation.
• Verify monthly incentive hot sheet for accuracy.
• Create, Track and communicate contest updates.
• Organize and assist with ordering of merchandising items.
• Assist with tasks associated with various grassroots and marketing partnerships.
• Assist with the administration of various department programs. Tasks include submission/reconciliation of purchase requisitions, contracts, and ePPR, and processing various payments.
• Reconcile P-Card Transactions.
• Train office managers on incentive administration.
• Process payments for region incentive programs.
• Assists in creation and review of incentive forms and communications.
• Assists with coordination of auto shows. Tasks include the development of numerous schedules, booking hotel/meeting rooms, obtaining show credentials, and coordinating efforts with various internal and external partners/vendors.
• Coordinate all Olympic and Motorsports sponsorship related activities.

What you bring

Administrator

• 2-3 years professional experience in automotive or related field
• Associates Degree or higher
