• Support online auditing exercises and support a monthly Audit Worksheet completion program for property teams.
• Create marketing materials-- research data to incorporate and format in informational marketing brochures, flyers, proposals, and signage for corporate and property design initiatives.
• Drive to continually work to understand marketing trends and best practices
• Microsoft Suite, Canva experience required. EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
• Tremendous attention to detail & organizational skills
• Experience with social media strategy and channel creation
• Spearhead marketing support tickets related to website and social media optimizations, lead tracking, and account user management.
• Create and edit written, video and photo content, while maintaining a unified voice across different social media channels.
• Minimum 1-3 years prior experience in marketing and/or communications role or related experience, strongly preferred. EEOC: TAM Residential is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. • Provide support-services for corporate and property-level accounts for social networking and brand positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration strongly preferred
• Manage and organize the online storage of all marketing collateral, photography, digital media and brand asset files. SKILLS + ABILITIES
• Support administrative onboarding and social media account creation for new property acquisitions.
• The candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, like, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ensuring content aligns with company goals and values.
• Work in cross-functional team environment to coordinate and oversee a wide variety of online and property support-related assignments.
