As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert recommendations and solutions
  • Add value to our team and continue to sharpen your skills in the financial industry with ongoing training
  • Call our exclusive warm list of clients who have requested information on our proprietary products.
  • Follow a sales process designed to make closing simpler
  • Help plan clients' future & retirement
  • Review clients' qualifications, show them options that best fit their needs and budget


Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • Must be motivated, determined, & coachable
  • Have your Life & Health Insurance License OR be willing to obtain one
  • Be fired up and motivated in changing your future


What Can You Expect:

  • Above Average 6-8 sales/week: $3k-4k ($150k-$200k/yr)
  • Part Time 1-2 sales/week: $500-$1k ($25k-$50k/yr)
  • Average Full Time 3-5 sales/week: $1,500-$2,500 ($75k-$125k/yr)
